Our mission at ABSOLUTE YOGA is to make yoga readily accessible to every body, regardless of age, level or fitness ability. We encourage everyone to come and experience some of the incredible benefits of this 5,000 year old practice.

We also have a full service yoga boutique with a large selection of yoga clothing (including Be Present, Beyond Yoga, Soybu, Colosseum, Prism Sport, Rese, Jois and Alo), jewelry, mats and props, mat carriers, Ayurvedic products, and an array of books and music.

- Teacher Training -
200 Hour Refined Flow Teacher Training (Yoga Alliance Registered School)
with Leslie Luft, E-RYT 500 and Elyce Neuhauser, E-RYT 500
starting November 2016

Nine weekends that will enrich the rest of your life.  Melding dynamic vinyasa with precise alignment, Absolute Yoga's Refined Flow Teacher Training will enable students and aspiring teachers alike to explore a comprehensive, embodied practice whether they are looking to deepen their own personal yoga experience or guide others in theirs. The Refined Flow approach focuses on proper alignment of asanas (postures), meditation and pranayama, with in-depth studies in anatomy and physiology as they relate to yoga, philosophy, teaching skills and the business of yoga.

Our mission with the Absolute Yoga Refined Flow Teacher Training Program is to guide you on a journey to deepen your own practice and knowledge of yourself, while empowering you to safely teach and inspire others to live their most vibrant, joyful lives. It is our firm belief that happy, healthy people are the only people who can help build a happy, healthy world. This is the work of being a teacher. It begins with the individual and spreads as you live yoga – live union – live love – in your life. For more information, visit our Teacher Training page or email us.

- Testimonials -

Outstanding, experienced instructors. I especially like the spirituality in many of the classes. I also like the serene and spa-like atmosphere of the studio. Being able to purchase a package of individual classes suits my hectic schedule and limited budget. There are many different classes offered at many different times by different instructors. Very important for my unpredictable schedule. The variety will keep me challenged and engaged.

-Kathleen B.-

I felt welcome the moment I walked in. The soft lighting, candles, music and scent of the studio was very peaceful - exactly what I needed at the end of my day. It was my first yoga class and although there were many skill levels represented in class, [the instructor] made me feel at ease immediately. She encouraged me along the way, praised me, corrected my postures, and remembered my name! I was made aware of your free week trial from my sister, and after this first class, I purchased a [series] for 15 more classes! Thank you!

-Breanne R.-

I originally purchased the Groupon online and have found through my search and attendance at many different yoga studios that Absolute yoga is my favorite! I feel very comfortable in the studio, the teachers are amazing, and feel that I have obtained an amazing, concentrated workout.

-Elizabeth S.-

The studio is very clean and the energy is very good.  The instructor that I had was very knowledgeable and gave me good guidance.  I was delighted...my Endorphins were flying!!

-Helene K.-

Dependability, consistently excellent teaching, well-organized and maintained studio, organized business practices and the SPIRIT (mentioned last but certainly not least!)

-Sarah H.-

I like everything about your services. The studio is warm and inviting. Your staff is completely considerate, educated  and welcoming.  Every time I leave the studio, I feel centered and focused.  Absolute yoga has truly changed my life.
