I have been practicing yoga at Absolute Yoga for over eight years and just completed my Yoga Training with Leslie Luft and Elyce Neuhauser.  Both ladies have been my teachers but through the program they became much more. The teacher training program was one of the most powerful experiences.  Much was covered and learned, from philosophy to asana to anatomy. For those interested in practicing yoga or thinking of teaching, Absolute Yoga will offer you a spiritual experience and bonds that you will carry throughout your journey.  You could not find more beautiful souls or gurus.

~ Anabela R.

I am a recent graduate of Absolute Yoga's 200 hour Refined Flow Teacher Training Program with Leslie Luft and Elyce Neuhauser. Upon completing this journey, I can honestly say this was one of the best decisions I have ever made and I'm so thankful for our two inspirational leaders. The passion, dedication, and wealth of knowledge Leslie and Elyce share for this practice radiates from their character. Their unique backgrounds as teachers balance each other beautifully, illuminating the various pathways through which we experience yoga, neither lineage being more right or better than the other. I think this is metaphorical, in a sense, as we examine our human lives that are the same at the core while outwardly appearing different.

I have the utmost respect and gratitude for the 200-hour Teacher Training Program as designed by these two gurus; its efficacy is unquestionable and undeniably measurable in both physical and mental breakthroughs. This experience will continue to be a part of me for a lifetime, constantly evolving, and I look forward to being a part of the Absolute Yoga community for years to come.

~Sadie S.

Elyce Neuhauser's and Leslie Luft's Yoga Teacher Training which I received at Absolute Yoga exceeded my expectations. The training went beyond learning how to teach the physical practice of yoga. This thorough and balanced training encompassed a detailed study of all eight limbs of yoga, addressing the mind, body and spirit. We studied the history and philosophy of yoga, read ancient texts, learned Sanskrit, experienced meditation techniques, and many other aspects of yoga. These topics were introduced and taught with great thought, effort and planning. Elyce and Leslie were caring and encouraging teachers. They created a very warm and supportive learning environment and actively promoted bonding among the trainees. I emerged from this training enriched, empowered and inspired, and eager to share my practice with others!
