This weekend workshop intensive for teachers will arm you with the knowledge, inspiration, and technique you need to generate fresh, creative and safe sequences in your own authentic voice that represent your personal style as a teacher. We will also delve into both the creative and logical aspects of theming, making your classes more informative as well as uniquely personal. Together, we will explore themed sequences, as well as peak pose and specific body part based sequencing. The further study of theming will take us into energetic qualities, as well as philosophical teachings, to use as themes.
All discussions and practice of sequencing and theming will incorporate the 8 limbs of yoga so that the classes you construct will bring these ideas to life both on and off the mat.

Angels are loving beings here to help, heal, guide and protect us. The Angels try to get our attention in many different ways. Learn about the signs the Angels leave along our path, explore various ways to connect more deeply to the Angelic Realm, learn about several different Archangels and how to ask for their divine guidance. You don't need to be intuitive to connect with the Angels.
In this workshop, through various deep restorative yoga postures and meditation, you will be guided to connect with the beautiful, loving energy of the Angels in order to hear the divine loving messages the Angels have for you.
Restorative Yoga is supported yoga postures that help relieve the effects of chronic stress. With the support of props, such as bolsters, blocks, blankets the body relaxes releases tension and the mind gets calm and peaceful.
It is recommended that you dress in comfortable clothing and bring an eye pillow if you have one. Class size is limited! Pre-registration is required for this special experience.
