Testimonials

Outstanding, experienced instructors. I especially like the spirituality in many of the classes. I also like the serene and spa-like atmosphere of the studio. Being able to purchase a package of individual classes suits my hectic schedule and limited budget. There are many different classes offered at many different times by different instructors. Very important for my unpredictable schedule. The variety will keep me challenged and engaged.

-Kathleen B.-

Friendly and professionally run studio with great teachers and wide variety of classes.

-Fran T.-

I felt welcome the moment I walked in. The soft lighting, candles, music and scent of the studio was very peaceful - exactly what I needed at the end of my day. It was my first yoga class and although there were many skill levels represented in class, [the instructor] made me feel at ease immediately. She encouraged me along the way, praised me, corrected my postures, and remembered my name! I was made aware of your free week trial from my sister, and after this first class, I purchased a [series] for 15 more classes! Thank you!

-Breanne R.-

I originally purchased the Groupon online and have found through my search and attendance at many different yoga studios that Absolute yoga is my favorite! I feel very comfortable in the studio, the teachers are amazing, and feel that I have obtained an amazing, concentrated workout.

The studio is very clean and the energy is very good.  The instructor that I had was very knowledgeable and gave me good guidance.  I was delighted...my Endorphins were flying!!

-Helene K.-

I love the studio-the ambiance, the music, the eye pillows and when the instructors come around with the quick aromatic massages-sensational. The classes are well paced, the instructor's voices very soothing; in short, the best yoga place to which I've been. Absolutely love the trance dances!

-Marilyn F.-

Dependability, consistently excellent teaching, well-organized and maintained studio, organized business practices and the SPIRIT (mentioned last but certainly not least!)

-Sarah H.-

I like everything about your services. The studio is warm and inviting. Your staff is completely considerate, educated  and welcoming.  Every time I leave the studio, I feel centered and focused.  Absolute yoga has truly changed my life.
