Level 1:
Designed for those who are new to yoga or anyone who wishes to review the fundamental postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama) and meditation techniques, as they are carefully introduced. Builds strength, tones muscles, increases flexibility, balance and focus.

Level 1 - 2:
(Intermediate) Designed for those with a working knowledge of yoga. A moderately paced class where new postures will be introduced and fundamental postures reviewed. Building strength, toning muscles, increasing flexibility, balance and focus.

Level 2:
Energizing sequence of postures that develops strength and flexibility. Athletic based classes incorporate more challenging postures. (Not recommended for beginners).

Prenatal:
A class to help expectant mothers relax and open their hips, pelvis and abdominal region, to make childbirth and recovery easier on both mother and child.

Post-natal (YOGIBABY):
For new moms and their babies up to 9 months of age, doing yoga postures and stretches to increase abdominal and back strength and tone the body back to its original shape. Includes baby play and baby stretches.

Power Vinyasa:
A powerful sequence of flowing yoga postures designed to provide a full workout for the body and soul.

Family Yoga:
A class for moms (or dads) and their daughters (or sons) ages 7+. Share quality time together in this fun class where yoga postures will be done with parent and child as partners. A special place to connect.

Pilates:
An innovative system of mind-body exercise evolved from the rehabilitation principles of Joseph Pilates. Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, concentrating on the "powerhouse" of the core. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Kid's Yoga:
A fun, interactive and inclusive class. Classes combine yoga with breathing and games to improve motor skills, flexibility, balance, agility, strength, co-ordination and self-esteem. Kid’s yoga also helps strengthen children’s sports performance and prevent injuries.

Teen Yoga:
Fun class, full of challenges for developing bodies. Yoga helps teens with balancing of hormones, increases self-confidence and helps weight maintenance. Great relief from growing pains by stretching out muscles and provides a healthy social experience outside of school or social activities.

Core Yoga:
By learning and applying principles of core strength and stability to a yoga practice, common injuries are not only avoided but the stage is set for deepening yoga postures from a place of strength and balance. Appropriate for all levels.

All Levels:
Class open to every one regardless of ability or fitness level. Instructor will modify postures for beginners and increase the challenge of certain postures for more advanced students.

Candlelight Yoga:
Experience the meditative focus and intensity of practicing yoga in a studio uniquely illuminated by candlelight. Allow the soothing music and soft glow of the candles to slip away from the stresses and tensions of the week. A perfect way to start the weekend.

Restorative Yoga:
Restorative yoga is a luxurious practice that entices you to slow down. Experience postures supported by props such as blocks , blankets and bolsters. Gravity and the flow of your breath gently release the body, melting away physical and mental tension and deeply resting the body and the mind.
