The Kids Winter/Spring Session commences January 9, 2012. We are offering the following Kid's Yoga classes this session:
- Monday 6:00-6:50 Tween Yoga (Ages 10-12)
- Wednesday 5:00-5:50 Kids Yoga (Ages 5-8)
- Thursday 11:00-12:00 YogiBaby (newborn to active crawler)
Kids and Tween Yoga ~ New Session registering now starting January 2012.
Yogibaby ~ $150 per 6 week session.

Teen Yoga

Yoga is becoming ever more popular with teen’s in today’s world. Madonna and Sting are practicing and preaching the benefits of yoga in their music.
For teens, yoga is a great way to reduce the stress of every day school and social life while improving their physical health. Yoga is a great support as the body grows and matures. Stretching and focus on the breath bring a sense of freedom with it, improving the self image, even a teen’s outlook on life. Increasing physical strength, endurance, flexibility, focus and concentration are just some of the benefits of yoga for teens. Yoga will also help tone and shape the body and improve skin and memory.
FAMILY YOGA A class for moms (or dads, grandparents, aunts and uncles) and their special child, ages 3+. Share quality time together in this fun-filled class where yoga , stories, movement, games and fun will be shared.
