Yoga benefits the entire body and mind. When children participate in our program, they set a life-long foundation for their own well being.
Yoga classes will help children:
- Develop strong, flexible and healthy bodies
- Increase concentration, focus and attention
- Build self-esteem and confidence
- Reduce stress
Kids Yoga classes are Wednesday 5:45-6:35 (ages 7-10) and 6:45-7:35 (ages 9-12).

TEEN YOGA
Yoga is becoming ever more popular with teen’s in today’s world. Madonna and Sting are practicing and preaching the benefits of yoga in their music.
For teens, yoga is a great way to reduce the stress of every day school and social life while improving their physical health. Yoga is a great support as the body grows and matures. Stretching and focus on the breath bring a sense of freedom with it, improving the self image, even a teen’s outlook on life. Increasing physical strength, endurance, flexibility, focus and concentration are just some of the benefits of yoga for teens. Yoga will also help tone and shape the body and improve skin and memory.
Teen Yoga classes run by the 10 week session. Teen Yoga is on Friday from 4:00-5:00PM. Classes start January 18.

FAMILY YOGA
A class for moms (or dads) and their daughters (or sons) ages 6+. Share quality time together in this fun class where yoga postures will be done with parent and child as partners. Family Yoga classes run by the 6 week session. Pre-registration is required.
